About The Artist

Phoebe Holmes is a comic book and storyboard artist. Originally from New York, she now resides in Southern California where she works on her ever growing portfolio, various original concepts, and building her skills. For the past few years, Phoebe has been learning under a mentorship with Ricardo Delgado , where she’s been working on building her skills in both comics and storyboards.
